At ShopHQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your ShopHQ account, visit the 'Order History' section, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your original shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal or use the one included in your package and securely affix it to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
